Chocolate flower Tutorial

The modeling chocolate will be firm and crumbly to start. I sliced it in small pieces so that I could knead it into a softer consistency.

After the modeling chocolate is kneaded into a softer consistency it will look like this.

If you have a pasta roller you can roll it into sheets of an even thickness. It can also be rolled out with a rolling pin.

Cut out petals with an oval cutter. The and apply texture with a sculpting tool.

Next lay petals around a small bowl. I used a tiny silicone bowl

place more petals in the inside

Use a gumpaste blossom cutter to make the center and place in the refrigerator to firm up.

The finished flower.
